Understanding.
Great care and interst cross checking data and facts.
Making sure clinet is adape of imput cross the borad with treatment. For recpetion staff to be kept to speed with any delays or waiting time so this can be kept on visual borad in wait for key dates over holiday period or as this time clients can get over.
